I recently got an ipod touch with firmware 1.1.5.
I tried jailbreak using Ziphone and it works. Basically, nothing specially, all you do is download Ziphone from
http://download.ziphone.org/ and install that.
After you successfully install the software, click jailbreak and that is it.

You might need to fake your firmware version to 1.1.4 using FWChange. (You can find it in Installer)
